Elevate: is dedicated to fostering bold, transformative culture change within mission-driven nonprofits and social enterprises, committed to prioritizing equity throughout their organizations. In a time when the word “equity’ is being politicized and at times used for divisiveness , Elevate strives to reignite and sustain the prominence of equity efforts through visionary leadership and innovative approaches.
Our Purpose: Elevate exists to empower CEOs and other C-suite leaders of influential organizations to envision and enact a future where equity is not just a value, but a lived reality. We provide the inspiration and framework necessary for these leaders to generate new ideas, take positive risks, and deepen their commitment to this work.
HOW WE CREATE CHANGE
Healing Space: Elevate offers a sacred container for vulnerable self-reflection and healing, allowing leaders to address personal and systemic barriers in a supportive environment.
Community of Practice: We cultivate an authentic space for leaders to workshop ideas, navigate challenges, and share best practices, fostering a community dedicated to mutual growth and learning.
Incubator: Elevate acts as a catalyst for creativity and innovation, supporting the development of new ideas that drive forward the principles of equity.
Organizing Cadre: We form a dynamic collective that tackles communal challenges through powerful, collaborative action, leveraging the strength of our community to effect substantial change.
